The shopfloor is divided by function: CNC machining, polishing, cleaning, assembly, quality inspection, and laser marking. This helps in ensuring that the work moves smoothly and the bracelets stay free from dust & marks during production.
Our production process is built around a combination of automated machines and skilled human intervention. Key operations include CNC machining, chemical and ultrasonic cleaning, tumbling, polishing, and laser marking.
We use advanced Transfer Technology CNC machines tailored for the horological industry that enables complex multi-operation machining with high accuracy. We have a dedicated design & development team that ensures precision in drawings and prototyping, and specialized polishing & assembly stations to deliver a premium finish. The entire process is seamlessly integrated through ERP (SAP), linking production, planning, and quality control.
Bracelet Manufacturing Turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks.
